Using the planner

By accessing or using the Food Storage Planner, you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement. If you use it for a household, you are responsible for having permission to enter and manage information about its members.

Planning estimates—not professional advice

The planner provides educational estimates based on the information and assumptions you enter. It is not medical, dietary, emergency-management, public-health, food-safety, or financial advice. Calculations and recommendations cannot account for every health condition, allergy, climate, storage environment, water source, emergency, or individual need.

Use your judgment and confirm important decisions with current guidance from qualified health professionals, local authorities, manufacturers, and authoritative food and water safety sources. Take particular care with infants, pregnancy, medical diets, allergies, unsafe water, damaged packaging, and foods stored outside recommended conditions.

Your account and information

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Protect your sign-in method and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Only enter information you have the right to use and share.
• Review calculations, product details, expiration information, and inventory quantities before relying on them.

You retain ownership of information you enter. You give us permission to host, process, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the planner, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, scrape or overload the service, introduce harmful code, evade usage or security limits, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Service availability and changes

The planner may change as testing and development continue. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed, and service can occasionally be interrupted. We may set reasonable limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse. If paid features are introduced, pricing and terms will be shown before you choose them; your current free use does not authorize an automatic charge.

Third-party services and information

The planner may rely on or link to third-party authentication, analytics, hosting, product information, retailers, or other services. We do not control their availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices. Product, nutrition, price, and date information should be checked against the package and authoritative sources.

Ownership

The planner’s software, design, branding, and original content belong to EZ Prepping or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the service.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that estimates are complete or suitable for every person or emergency, that third-party data is accurate, or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, EZ Prepping will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the planner. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension, deletion, and ending use

You may stop using the planner at any time and may request account deletion through Settings or by email. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse, or comply with law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to ezprepping.info@gmail.com.
